- Primero. REVOCAR por las razones expuestas en este Fallo, las sentencias proferidas los dias 29 de marzo y 19 de mayo de 2004 por los Juzgados Treinta y Dos Civil Municipal y Dieciseis Civil del Circuito de Bogota, D.C. respectivamente y en su lugar, amparar el derecho a la salud en conexidad con la vida digna, de la senora Maria Lilly Patino Monsalve.
- En consecuencia, ORDENAR a CRUZ BLANCA S.A. EPS accionada que dentro de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificacion de la presente decision, proceda a suministrar el medicamento que indique el especialista que para esa fecha este encargado del tratamiento del papiloma de vejiga que padece la accionante.
- Segundo. Librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
