Primero. REVOCAR el fallo adoptado por el Juzgado
Noveno. Civil Municipal de Cali el 21 de noviembre de 2000, mediante el cual decidió no tutelar "la petición" presentada.
Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho a la vida en conexión con el derecho a la salud y a la seguridad social. En consecuencia, se ordena a SALUDCOOP E.P.S., Regional Occidente, que dentro del perentorio término de cuarenta ocho (48) horas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, si es que no se ha hecho, practique el procedimiento terapéutico o quirúrgico "adenoidectomía mirigocentisis con o sin colocación de tubos ventilatorios" dispuesto por el médico tratante a la menor NATALIA JIMENA FERNANDEZ CAMPO.
Tercero. DECLARAR que SALUDCOOP E.P.S., Regional Occidente, puede repetir contra el FOSYGA por el equivalente al número de semanas faltantes al cotizante HILMER ARIEL FERNANDEZ FERNANDEZ.
Cuarto. Por Secretaria general, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
