- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- sexto. Civil del Circuito el día 13 de Junio de 2002 en el proceso de Pedro Nel Ortega y Lucy Restrepo Castellanos contra la Caja de Compensación familiar del Valle del Cauca (COMFANDI).
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho fundamental de petición a Pedro Nel Ortega y Lucy Restrepo Castellanos, y en consecuencia, ORDENAR a COMFANDI que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contado a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, proceda a dar respuesta a todas las solicitudes presentadas por los accionantes ante dicha dependencia.
- Tercero. Por secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
