PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Segundo. Promiscuo del Circuito de el Carmen de Bolívar de fecha dieciocho de septiembre de 2000, en cuanto concedió la tutela al derecho de petición. En consecuencia, se ordena a la E.S.E. Hospital Montecarmelo de el Carmen de Bolívar que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas se le entregue toda la información disponible y solicitada por Argelith Montes Rodelo, Francisco Martínez R., Viviana Barrios Torres, Orieth Joly Henriquez, Beatriz Carmona Yepez, Regina Vergara Zabaleta, Sixta de la Rosa Lora, Norma Vargas Anillo, Carmen Rodríguez Villalba, Martha Schmith Guette, Celedon Trocha Herrera, Hernan Fonseca Beleño y Jairo Montoya Gazabón.
SEGUNDO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
