CONFIRMAR la Sentencia de Tutela del 22 de junio de 2004, dictada por el Juzgado 33 Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, mediante la cual se revocó la sentencia del 11 de mayo de 2004, adoptada por el Juzgado 29 Civil Municipal de Bogotá y, en su lugar, se ordenó no conceder el amparo solicitado por la peticionaria Ingrid Gutiérrez Ángel.
