- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del veinticuatro (24) de marzo de dos mil (2000), proferida por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, y en consecuencia denegar por improcedente la tutela interpuesta por Blanca Liliana Venegas Patiño.
- Segundo. Líbrense por Secretaría las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
