- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia la sentencia de veintiuno (21) de febrero de dos mil uno (2001), proferida por el Juzgado Veintiuno Penal del Circuito de Cali, que negó la tutela incoada por la señora Stella Campos Bonilla.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
