PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo del 26 de enero de 2001 proferido por el Juzgado Quince de Familia de Bogotá dentro del trámite de tutela radicado bajo en No. 18-2001 y en su lugar tutelar el derecho a la educación de Yuberney Cabrera Nuñez.
SEGUNDO. En consecuencia, ORDENAR al Liceo San Basilio Magno que expida los certificados de estudio correspondientes a los grados que el niño Yuberney Cabrera Nuñez cursó en dicha institución educativa.
TERCERO. ORDENAR que a través de la Secretaría General se envíe copia de la presente providencia a la Confederación Nacional de Asociaciones de Rectores y Colegios Privados ANDERCOP.
TERCERO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
