- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia calendada 11 de agosto de 1995, proferida por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Civil Municipal de Medellín, con base en las consideraciones expuestas.
- Segundo. Adicionar la sentencia de fecha 11 de agosto de 1995, proferida por el juzgado
- Sexto. Civil Municipal de Medellín, en el sentido de ordenar al Colegio Panamericano Colombo Sueco, la expedición de los certificados escolares de la menor Gellen Xiomara Villa Ardila, solicitados por la señora María Ismelda Ardila Cardona en un término de 48 horas contadas a partir de la notificación del presente proveído.
