- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Laboral, el 10 de agosto de 2000, mediante la cual no se concedió la tutela instaurada por Edwin Quintero Alfonso contra el Colegio Integral Avancemos.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Civil, el 11 de agosto de 2000, mediante la cual no se concedió la tutela instaurada por Adriana María Puentes Ballesteros contra el Colegio Colombo Gales.
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
