- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Villavicencio, el dia 31 de agosto de 1998, y en su lugar se concedera la tutela del derecho de peticion y del trabajo de la senora DIANA MARIA PLAZAS REYES, contra la Comercializadora Cupocredito S.A. -Sucursal Villavicencio-
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Comercializadora Cupocredito S.A. -Sucursal Villavicencio-, que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contados a partir de la notificacion de la presente providencia, si aun no lo ha hecho, proceda a resolver de fondo la peticion elevada por la senora DIANA MARIA PLAZAS REYES, relativa a su certificacion de tiempo de servicios, solicitada desde el 22 de julio del presente ano.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
