- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- FALLA:
- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia del Juzgado
- Cuarto. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla de 12 de febrero de 1992, mediante la cual se revocó el fallo del Juez 14 Civil Municipal de Barranquilla que había concedido la tutela al señor Johnny Daccarett Giha.
- Segundo. Comunicar al Juzgado Catorce Civil Municipal de Barranquilla la presente decisión para que sea notificada a las partes conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Igualmente enviar copia de la presente sentencia al Juzgado
- Cuarto. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla.
