- Primero. Confirmar, por los motivos expuestos en esta sentencia, los fallos proferidos en los procesos de la referencia por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cúcuta -Sala Laboral (expediente T-728.386) y por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Pamplona -Sala Única de Decisión (expediente T-728-389).
- Segundo. Compulsar copia de los expedientes y de esta sentencia a la Superintendencia de Subsidio Familiar para lo de su competencia.
- Tercero. Exhortar a la Superintendencia de Subsidio Familiar a fin de que tome los correctivos necesarios para que conductas como las conocidas en este proceso no vuelvan a presentarse.
- Cuarto. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
