- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por Juzgado
- Quinto. Civil Municipal de la ciudad de Cúcuta, el día 6 de diciembre de 2001, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela a favor de la señora LILIA MACÍAS MOTTA.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a COMFAORIENTE el pago de las sumas correspondientes al Subsidio Familiar de la señora Macías Motta, por los meses comprendidos entre julio y diciembre de 2000, enero y septiembre de 2001, y los demás meses que se le haya dejado de pagar el subsidio hasta la presente fecha.
- TERCERO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
