- Declarar EXEQUIBLES las expresiones "crease" y "vinculada al Ministerio de Agricultura" contenida en el articulo 73 de la ley 101 de 1993, la frase "La aprobacion de los presupuestos anuales de la Caja debera contar con el voto favorable del Ministro de Agricultura", contenida en el paragrafo del articulo 74 de la misma ley, asi como las expresiones " El Ministro de Agricultura o su delegado, quien lo presidira", "El presidente de la Caja de Credito Agrario Industrial y Minero o su delegado", "patronos afiliados", "trabajadores afiliados", "con el voto favorable del Ministro de Agricultura", y la palabra "procedimiento", consignadas en el articulo 76 de la ley 101 de 1993.
