- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de enero veintiséis (26) de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994), proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Bucaramanga, en el sentido de no permitir la entrega de la menor a la peticionaria, antes de concluir el procedimiento de abandono iniciado por el Instituto de Bienestar Familiar.
