- PRIMERO. Ordenar que por Secretaría se devuelva el expediente de la referencia al Juzgado Treinta y Cinco Civil Municipal para que conceda la impugnación presentada por el accionante MIGUEL AROCA RIVAS y lo remita al Superior Jerárquico a fin de que éste decida lo resuelto.
- SEGUNDO. Resuelta la impugnación por el despacho judicial al que correponda desatarla, el expediente volverá a la Corte Constitucional para su eventual revisión.
