- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Penal Municipal de Cali el dieciocho (18) de agosto de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994).
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela solicitada por MARIA ANGELA MOSQUERA a nombre de su hijo ALEXANDER PINO MOSQUERA.
- En consecuencia, ordénase al Instituto de Seguros Sociales -Seccional Valle- que en un término no superior a las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir del presente fallo, reanude el tratamiento, los controles periódicos y la integridad de las prestaciones médicas, asistenciales y hospitalarias que requiere ALEXANDER PINO MOSQUERA.
- Tercero. Líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
