- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E
- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia del 5 de abril de 1999, dictada por el Juzgado 23 Civil Municipal de Medellín, mediante la cual se denegó la acción de tutela impetrada por el peticionario Juan Gustavo Rua Cardona y en su lugar TUTELAR el derecho al trabajo del mismo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la compañía demandada, Tax Individual S.A. que, en el término improrrogable de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, expida, si todavía no lo he hecho, la tarjeta de control correspondiente al vehículo de propiedad de Juan Gustavo Rua Cardona que se encuentra afiliado a la misma.
- Tercero. Por la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
