- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Consejo de Estado, Sección Primera, de fecha veintidós (22) de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998), en la acción de tutela instaurada por Sonia Valencia Chaves contra el Colegio la Presentación de Tunja.
- Segundo. Se ordena a la Rectora del Colegio de la Presentación, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, realice todas las actividades pertinentes para que no se interrumpa, en el presente año lectivo, el proceso educativo de la joven Nadia Camila Vanegas Valencia, suministrándole las calificaciones, certificaciones, evaluaciones, etc., que requiera.
- Es claro, que la procedencia de esta tutela y la orden que se imparte en este numeral, no releva a los padres del cumplimiento de las obligaciones económicas que tienen contraidas con el Colegio.
- Tercero. Enviar copias de esta sentencia, para lo de su competencia, al Ministerio de Educación y a las Secretarías de Educación Departamental de Boyacá y Municipal de Tunja.
- Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
