- Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos de 16 de marzo de 1998, del Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Villavicencio y del Juez
- Cuarto. Penal del Circuito de Villavicencio, el 7 de mayo de 1998. que negó la tutela interpuesta por Fernando Díaz Rojas.
- Se hace un llamado a la Secretaría de Educación del Meta para que lleve a cabo, si es que no lo ha hecho, el ofrecimiento de designación de docentes para las cátedras en el Colegio Francisco de Paula Santander de Villavicencio.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de 15 de abril de 1998, proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de la Playa, que negó la tutela instaurada por Orfeina María Pérez.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría se librarán de inmediato las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos del caso.
