- FALLA :
- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Liborina (Antioquia) el día 5 de febrero de 1992, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. Comuníquese al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Liborina (Antioquia), la presente decisión para que sea notificada a las partes conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, con entrega de copia de este fallo.
- Tercero. Comuníquese al Señor Ministro de Educación y al Secretario de Educación del Departamento de Antioquia, con entrega a cada uno de copia de esta Sentencia.
