PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Medellín el veintiocho (28) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), y en su lugar CONFIRMAR la proferida por el Juzgado Treinta Penal Municipal de Medellín el veintinueve (29) de diciembre de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995).
SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR esta providencia al Juzgado Treinta Penal Municipal de Medellín, para los efectos contemplados en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
