- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia de 2 de marzo de 1995 del Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Apartadó y en su lugar tutelar los derechos a la educación, autonomía, igualdad y dignidad de Farley Samaris López Guisao.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a Berte de Jesús Montoya Gómez, en su calidad de Rector del Colegio Diocesano Juán Pablo II, de Apartadó, reintegrar a dicho colegio en el término de 12 horas, a la alumna Farley Samaris López Guisao, a fin de que concluya sus estudios secundarios.
- TERCERO. Comuníquese lo resuelto en esta providencia, por la via más rápida, al Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Apartadó, para que haga las notificaciones y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- CUARTO. Envíese copia de esta sentencia al Defensor del Pueblo y a la Alcaldía de Apartadó.
