PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Primero. Civil Municipal de Pereira el dos (2) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996) que de negó la tutela solicitada por Paola Andrea López Marín.
SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela solicitada. En consecuencia, se ordena a la hermana Luz María Ojeda, en su calidad de rectora del Colegio Inmaculado Corazón de María de la ciudad de Pereira, reintegrar, en el término de veinticuatro (24) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, a la alumna Paola Andrea López Marín, a fin de que continúe sus estudios secundarios.
TERCERO. COMUNICAR esta providencia al Juzgado
Primero. Civil Municipal de Pereira, para los efectos contemplados en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
