- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del 11 de junio de 2002, proferida por Juzgado Veinte de Familia de Bogota y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela y asi proteger los derechos fundamentales a la educacion, al libre desarrollo de la personalidad y a la igualdad de la estudiante Diana Jeymi Salamanca Medina.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Colegio Miguel Angel Buonarrotti Occidental que, en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, retorne a un regimen de escolaridad normal a la alumna Salamanca Medina para que asi continue sus estudios en igualdad de condiciones a las restantes estudiantes de ese plantel.
- TERCERO. Para los efectos del articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hara las notificaciones y tomara las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia. Por la Secretaria de la Corte se remitira de inmediato el expediente al juzgado de origen.
