CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado 26 Penal del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota y por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota, de fechas veintinueve (29) de enero y nueve (9) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999), respectivamente, pero por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. LIBRENSE por Secretaria General las Comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli previstos.
