- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia objeto de revisión, proferida el 13 de septiembre de 2001 por el Juzgado 22 Penal del Circuito de Bogotá, dentro de la tutela instaurada por Lúz Dary Vásquez Medina contra el Instituto Colombo Holandes Cultural de Kennedy.
- SEGUNDO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
