Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Cuarto. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla.
Segundo. TUTELAR el derecho fundamental a la educación del actor Joao Alberto Cariaga Pérez. En consecuencia, se ordena al Rector de la Universidad Autónoma de Barranquilla, si es que aún no se ha hecho, que en el término de 48 horas fije fecha para el recibo de los exámenes preparatorios al actor en su calidad de egresado de la Facultad de Comunicación Social y Periodismo.
Tercero. SÚRTASE el trámite previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
