- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 11 de febrero de 2000, por el Juzgado 34 Penal del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota D.C., pero por las razones expuestas en el presente fallo.
- Segundo. CONMINAR al Colegio de Nuestra Senora del Pilar para que, a la mayor brevedad posible, inicie las diligencias y procesos necesarios para modificar y adaptar a las disposiciones de la Constitucion Politica, aquellas normas del manual de convivencia cuya inconstitucionalidad se verifico en el presente fallo.
- Tercero. ADVERTIR al Colegio de Nuestra Senora del Pilar que, en el futuro, se abstenga de realizar conductas que tengan por objeto la discriminacion de sus alumnas por razon de su estado de embarazo o maternidad.
- Cuarto. LIBRESE por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
