- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, Sala Civil, el 19 de enero de 1994, y en su lugar, confirmar la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Dieciséis Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá el día 9 de diciembre de 1993.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas resuelva sobre la petición de reserva de cupo presentada por la señora Mahilín Mosquera Ramírez y que acceda a la readmisión de la misma para la facultad de Bacteriología.
- Tercero. Comunicar lo resuelto en esta providencia a al Juzgado Dieciséis Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá para efectos del Cumplimiento de la misma de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Decreto 2591 de 1991.
