- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por la Sección Primera del Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Cundinamarca, negando la tutela solicitada por la señora Janeth Rodríguez Chilantra, y en su defecto, CONCEDER el amparo solicitado, ordenando que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, la rectora del Colegio Nuestra Señora de Nazareth, proceda a reintegrar a la actora a las clases presenciales que venía recibiendo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique esta providencia a la Sección Primera del Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Cundinamarca, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
