- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del 10 de septiembre de 1993 proferida por el Juez
- Quinto. Penal Municipal de Pereira.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela solicitada y, en consecuencia, ORDENAR al Gerente y Representante Legal de la CAJA DE SEGURIDAD SOCIAL DE RISARALDA que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas, contadas a partir de la presentación de los documentos de rigor por parte de la peticionaria se sirva decidir, de conformidad con los artículos 13 y 43 de la Constitución, sobre la inscripción del señor OCTAVIO DE LOS RIOS URIBE como posible beneficiario de los servicios que presta la entidad, poniendo de esta manera término a la discriminación por razones de sexo, que, a este respecto, rige en esa entidad.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE comunicación al mencionado Juzgado, con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
