- Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos proferidos en el asunto de la referencia por los juzgados Promiscuo Municipal y Civil del Circuito de Sahagún (Córdoba) el 12 de abril y el 14 de mayo del presente año, respectivamente, con excepción de las palabras "...inferior o", del fallo de primera instancia, las cuales SE REVOCAN.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Contralor General de la República que, si todavía no lo ha hecho, proceda, en un término máximo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, a REUBICAR al peticionario, RAFAEL RAMON LOPEZ ANAYA, en un cargo acorde con su estado de salud, que no signifique desmejora de sus condiciones laborales, disminución del salario que devengaba antes de ser despedido ni perjuicio a su familia.
- Tercero. LIBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
