- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado
- Primero. Promiscuo Municipal de Chía proferida el nueve de Junio de 1993 por las razones expuestas en esta providencia. En consecuencia, tutelar el derecho fundamental a la educación del hijo del peticionario, en condiciones que garanticen su aprendizaje y su derecho a la igualdad de oportunidades.
- SEGUNDO. PREVENIR a la Secretaría de Educación de Cundinamarca para que no vuelva a incurrir en las omisiones que dieron mérito para conceder la tutela impetrada por el peticionario.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que por Secretaría se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado
- Primero. Promiscuo Municipal de Chía, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
