Primero. TUTELAR el derecho fundamental a la educación de la niña Ana Milena Castro y Ordenar al Alcalde de Tunja, para que en el término improrrogable de cinco (5) días, contados a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, inicie los trámites administrativos y presupuestales encaminados a la provisión efectiva del docente correspondiente al
segundo. año de primaria de la escuela "La Trinidad" de Tunja.
Segundo. PREVENIR al Alcalde de Tunja para que en el futuro se abstenga de realizar las omisiones de que trata la acción de tutela en lo referente al efectividad del servicio de la educación.
Tercero. El Tribunal de Boyacá, vigilará el cumplimiento de esta decisión de conformidad con lo establecido en la ley.
Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
