REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, y en su lugar CONFIRMAR el fallo de la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito de Barranquilla en el caso de la acción de tutela presentada por la Señora Mercedes Julia Cordero Cortes, por intermedio de apoderado, y en representación de su hijo mayor incapaz, NELSON JULIO GUERRERO CORTES, en contra de la empresa privada TEJIDOS CELTA LTDA .
- Segundo. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
