- Tercero. Civil Municipal de Palmira Valle del 25 de marzo de 2011 que resolvía la acción de tutela interpuesta por la señora Gloría Teresa Pedraza Salazar contra la Alcaldía Municipal de Palmira -Valle del Cauca- y la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil.
- Segundo. DECLARAR la carencia actual de objeto por configurarse un hecho superado por carencia actual de objeto en los términos explicados en esta sentencia en la tutela interpuesta por Gloría Teresa Pedraza Salazar.
- Líbrese por Secretaría General la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
