- PRIMERO. REVOCAR, la sentencia de noviembre veintiseis (26) de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), proferida por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Buga, y en su lugar, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales a la vida e integridad personal del senor Jesus Arley Escobar Posada.
- SEGUNDO. PREVENIR al senor Gerente de la "Compania de Electricidad de Tulua S.A.", para que en ningun caso vuelva a incurrir en las acciones que dieron merito para conceder la presente accion de tutela, y que, si procediere de modo contrario, sera sancionado de acuerdo con lo previsto en el decreto 2591 de 1991.
- TERCERO. LIBRAR comunicacion al Juzgado
- Tercero. Penal del Circuito de Tulua, para que de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, notifique esta sentencia a las partes y adopte las decisiones necesarias para adecuar su fallo a lo dispuesto por esta Sala.
