- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Chiquinquirá, el diecisiete (17) de julio de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998), mediante la cual se negó la tutela impetrada por el señor Javier Reyes Ríos.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la providencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Ráquira, el cuatro (4) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998), mediante la cual se tuteló el derecho a la intimidad al señor Javier Reyes Ríos.
- Tercero. SOLICITAR a la Alcaldía Municipal de Ráquira que vigile el acatamiento de lo decidido por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Ráquira en cumplimiento de lo ordenado por esta Corte.
- Cuarto. LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
