  1. R E S U E L V E
  2. PRIMERO. REVOCAR la decisión de tutela proferida por el Juzgado
  3. Primero. Civil Municipal de Barbosa (Santander) de fecha seis (6) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992) en el proceso de la referencia.
  4. SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Juez
  5. Primero. Civil Municipal de Barbosa (Santander) que proceda a determinar si en el barrio Gaitán del municipio de Barbosa, Santander, hay lugar a considerar la existencia de un foro público para el fin divulgativo religioso materia de esta sentencia o, en caso contrario, conceder la oportunidad al señor EUCLIDES ALVARO SIERRA HERNANDEZ para que proceda a efectuar la convocatoria correspondiente conforme a lo establecido en la parte motiva de la sentencia.
  6. TERCERO. ORDENAR a la Alcaldía Municipal y a la Inspección Departamental Permanente de Policía de Barbosa, Santander, el acatamiento estricto a lo decidido por el Juez
  7. Primero. Civil Municipal de la misma ciudad en cumplimiento de lo ordenado por esta Corte
  8. CUARTO. LIBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
