- Primero. de Menores de Pasto. En consecuencia, amparar los derechos a la salud y la vida de la niña Diana Marcela Benavides y ORDENAR a la E.P.S. del Instituto de Seguro Social, Seccional Nariño, que adopte todas las medidas que sean necesarias para asegurarse de que se realicen a la menor Diana Marcela Benavides las intervenciones quirúrgicas ordenadas por los médicos tratantes, en las fechas señaladas, sin dilaciones ni obstáculos que amenacen sus derechos fundamentales a la salud y a la vida.
