PRIMERO. Revocar el fallo proferido por el Juez
Sexto. Civil Municipal de Cúcuta en el proceso de tutela de Betty Cecilia Clavijo Nuñez, quien actúa en representación de su menor hija XXXX, contra La Fundación Médico Preventiva para el Bienestar Social Ltda.
SEGUNDO. Conceder la tutela de los derechos a la salud y la igualdad de la menor, invocados por la actora y, en consecuencia, ordenar a la Fundación Médico Preventiva para el Bienestar Social Ltda., que en el término de 48 horas contadas a partir de la notificación de este fallo, proceda a afiliar a la menor XXXX y a prestarle todos los servicios médicos que requiera, en los términos del contrato celebrado con la Fiduciaria La Previsora S.A.
TERCERO. Comunicar la presente providencia al Juez
Sexto. Civil Municipal de Cúcuta para los efectos del artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
