- Primero. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia del 11 de junio de 1998, proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia -Sala de Casacion Civil y Agraria-, que a su vez confirmo la sentencia proferida por la Sala Civil de Decision del Tribunal Superior de Santafe de Bogota la cual nego la tutela impetrada por Fiberglass Colombia S.A., pero por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique esta providencia a la Sala Civil de Decision del Tribunal Superior de Santafe de Bogota, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
