- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia dictada por la Sala de Casacion Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y CONFIRMAR, por la razones indicadas en esta sentencia, la providencia dictada por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Bancolombia que, en el termino de 48 horas a partir de la notificacion de la presente sentencia, cancele los valores debidos a Jaime Rodriguez Rondon, denunciante en la investigacion previa Ndeg528337, si estos no han sido cancelados.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
