- Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Pereira el 21 de enero de 2002, dentro del proceso de tutela iniciado por Efraín Muñoz Miguelazo contra SaludCoop E.P.S., y en su lugar conceder la protección a los derechos a la salud y a la integridad física.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a SaludCoop E.P.S. S.A. que en el término de diez (10) días, contados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, se tomen las medidas necesarias para que se lleven a cabo los procedimientos dispuestos por el médico tratante, suministrando lo que sea necesario para ello, habita cuenta del estado de salud del paciente. El Fosyga deberá rembolsar los gastos en los que incurra SaludCoop S.A. que no le corresponda asumir.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
