- PRIMERO. REVOCAR por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil Municipal de Medellín el 11 de agosto de 2003, y en su lugar TUTELAR los derechos a una vida digna y a la salud del señor AICARDO RESTREPO HERNÁNDEZ.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la Empresa Promotora de Salud Coomeva E.P.S. S.A. que en el término de diez (10) días, contados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, asuma en su totalidad el costo del procedimiento denominado extracción de catarata por facoemulsificación, incluyendo la implantación de lente intraocular en ojo derecho y los medicamentos necesarios, en el evento de que aún no lo haya practicado.
- TERCERO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
