- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la Sentencia de mayo 13 de 1994, proferida por el Consejo de Estado, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta decision y en consecuencia CONFIRMAR el fallo emitido por el Tribunal Administrativo del Valle del Cauca el 8 de abril del ano en curso
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional el contenido completo de la sentencia al Consejo de Estado, a la Direccion de Impuestos Nacionales de Cali y al peticionario de la presente tutela.
- TERCERO. DEVOLVER el expediente al Tribunal Administrativo del Valle del Cauca, a efectos de cumplir con lo establecido en el Decreto 2591 de 1991.
