en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
FALLA:
Primero. Confirmar la sentencia del Juzgado
Tercero. Superior de Cali, del día 3 de Febrero de 1992, mediante la cual se negó la tutela solicitada por el Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de Good Year de Colombia S.A. -Sintragoodyear- y el Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Industria Transformadora del Caucho, Plástico, Polietileno, Poliuretano, Sintéticos, Partes y Derivados de estos procesos -Sintraincapla- alegando vulneración del derecho de sindicalización y otros, por las razones expuestas en la parte considerativa del presente fallo.
Segundo. Comuníquese al Juzgado
Tercero. Superior de Cali, la presente decisión para que sea notificada a las partes conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
