Declarar EXEQUIBLES el artículo 12 del Decreto-Ley 573 de 1995, "por el cual se modifica parcialmente el Decreto 41 del 10 de enero de 1994, normas de carrera del personal de oficiales y suboficiales de la Policía Nacional", y el artículo 11 del Decreto 574 de 1995, "por el cual se modifica parcialmente el Decreto 262 de 31 de enero de 1994, normas de carrera del personal de agentes de la Policía Nacional".
